About Our Services

All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please consult your technician with further questions. Service availability varies by location.

Not all technicians perform work on hair extensions. All extension services require a complimentary consultation prior to booking. Additional charges apply for select color brands.

A 3% cash discount will be applied to all transactions paid in full with cash.

All services over $250 require a booking deposit of 50% of service requested. Prices do not include tax. We accept cash & credit cards for gratuity. All major credit cards are accepted for services and products.

ALL SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF INITIAL APPOINTMENT OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE APPLIED.

About Cancellations & Refunds

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50%.

The salon will always try to accommodate you with your preferred Stylist, if your Stylist is unable to work on the day of your appointment we will try to accommodate your appointment with a Stylist of equal or greater Stylist Level.

Due to the artistic nature of the services our stylists provide, we cannot offer refunds for services rendered. We will honor adjustments to hair services within 7 days of the original appointment.

Refund Requests are at managements discretion and issued accordingly.

Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at [salon]718’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

As of February 10, following city guidelines we are removing the mask requirement for our vaccinated guests.  Our stylists will accommodate wearing a mask for those guests requesting them to do so.

We appreciate your understanding as we try to keep our team and guests safe.  We will continue to monitor advisories from the city and if necessary change our policies to ensure the safety of our guests and team.

COVID Protocols

  • Air Quality  equipped with ionic air purifiers to help eliminate germs
  • Wash/Sanitize your hands upon arrival, before/after touching anything
  • Touch-free payment methods available
  • Cash Tips are always preferred and appreciated, we have implemented safe deposit boxes to tip Stylists & Assistants
  • Routine Sanitation Barbicide at each station. Stations wiped down and sanitized between guests

Health, Hygiene & Hair

  • Work Stations will be disinfected pre and post-work usage, followed by thorough cleaning of all tools
  • Shampoo Bowls will be disinfected pre and post-work usage, followed by thorough cleaning of all tools
  • Administrative Controls All staff members are Barbicide COVID-19 certified and received proper EPA approved disinfection and sanitization training according to the CDC and state regulations
