We had so much fun this 718 Day spending time with our customers with fun trivia, giveaways, and more. 718 Day is an annual tradition on July 18th where we celebrate our area code of 718 and spread love, the Brooklyn way. Just as important as it is to celebrate 718 Day, we wanted to make sure we give back to our community that helped us get to where we are today.
We decided to help our friends at Women4Women, a non-profit organization based here in Brooklyn that helps survivors of domestic violence get back on their feet. We spent the evening with Women4Women, to give makeovers, haircuts, and smiles to 5 women and their children. Beauty has the power to heal, and we loved sharing laughs, smiles, and stories together.
On top of that, we are so grateful for everyone who donated to this cause throughout July. Together this will help provide key services and resources for these women. Thank you for your support. We can’t for next 718 Day!
